Multispares Racing is geared up for a massive fortnight at The Bend Motorsport Park, with both the GT4 Mustang and the TCM Torana hitting the track in back-to-back weekends.
Monochrome GT4 Australian Series:
Round 5 Dates: September 5, 6, & 7
The Multispares Mustang S650 Dark Horse GT4, driven by Ryan Hansford and Aaron Cameron, is ready to bounce back from a tough run. At the last round at Sandown, the team showed incredible pace, with Aaron “Camo” Cameron topping the times in Practice 1. However, bad luck struck in Race 1 when Ryan, running in second place, was turned around by an aggressive move from an Audi.
The following day’s 1-hour race saw another potential podium finish slip away due to a controversial drive through penalty. Despite the setbacks, the team’s speed is undeniable, and they’re focused on converting that pace into results at The Bend. You catch watch both 1 Hour races Saturday and Sunday live on 7Plus.
Touring Car Masters: Round 5 Dates:
September 12, 13, & 14
The action continues a week later with the first Supercars endurance race of the year— the Tailem Bend 500km—and Round 5 of the 2025 Touring Car Masters. Ryan Hansford, currently sitting 4th overall in the championship, is just 10 points behind Andrew Fisher and 88 points behind Steve Johnson. Series leader Joel Heinrich is a further 53 points ahead of Johnson.
Ryan’s Torana has also seen its share of bad luck, with an incident at the last round in Darwin leaving him buried in a sand trap and unable to score points. The good news is that after a year-long wait, the team has finally received all Round 5 of the 2025 Touring Car Masters.
